Your meeting content stays local
Section titled “Your meeting content stays local”Audio and voice fingerprints never leave your device. Notes, transcripts, summaries, and search data stay on-device by default.
Network use is limited and visible
Section titled “Network use is limited and visible”The app uses two outbound channels:
- License validation — starts or recovers your trial and issues or validates a paid license. Never includes meeting content, usage counters, or voiceprints.
- Product-usage measurements — sends pseudonymous, content-free integer counts of product actions to help improve Markdrip. On by default outside the EEA/UK; off by default inside the EEA/UK. Turn it off (or on) under Settings → Privacy → Share usage data. See Privacy & Local-First Guarantees for what is included and how to opt out.
Optional on-device feature downloads are started by you and download to your device without uploading your content.
