Fix permissions and capture

Microphone permission

Section titled “Microphone permission”

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and allow Markdrip. Then quit and reopen the app before making another recording.

System-audio permission

Section titled “System-audio permission”

System-audio capture also needs Screen Recording permission. Allow Markdrip in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, then fully quit and reopen it.

Confirm the fix

Section titled “Confirm the fix”

Make a short test recording and open the saved note. If the note is still empty, include your Markdrip version, operating-system version, and the exact expected and actual behavior when you report the problem.
