Meeting activity
Open Meeting activity in the sidebar, or find it through Go anywhere. Choose the last 30 days, last 90 days, or 12 months to review your saved history. Calculations run on your device and are separate from product usage reporting. Meeting activity is included in Free; Plus adds automatic speaker memory across meetings.
Understand your meeting history
Section titled “Understand your meeting history”- Saved meetings counts the meetings in your vault that started in the selected period. Imported recordings count too. This is not a record of every meeting you attended.
- Recorded time adds the known duration of these meetings. Two overlapping recordings are two records; the total is not unique hours on your calendar.
- Average duration uses only meetings with a known duration. A meeting without duration does not become a zero-minute meeting.
- Monthly history shows counts and recorded duration by month. The date range and month boundaries use UTC. Partial months are identified.
- Meetings per complete month uses full calendar months within the selected range and available history. The current month and a partial first month are excluded. If there is not enough history, no average is shown.
A month with fewer saved meetings may simply mean fewer recordings were saved, not that you attended fewer meetings. Deleted or missing notes cannot contribute to your current history.
People and estimated speaking time
Section titled “People and estimated speaking time”The people view counts meetings with timed speech attributed to a remembered person. It does not treat calendar invitees as confirmed attendees or combine different people because they share a name. Unidentified voices stay separate from identified people.
Speaking time is estimated from saved transcript timestamps. Overlapping spans for one person in a meeting count once. Spans can contain pauses, and speaker identification can make mistakes; use the result to review a pattern, not to measure someone’s contribution or performance. Simultaneous speech from different people can overlap.
Your own speaking time requires your voice to be explicitly identified as you. Other identified speakers and speech without a reliable identity are shown separately. Markdrip does not assume the microphone, the first speaker, or the person who spoke most is you.
When information is missing
Section titled “When information is missing”Duration and speaker coverage are shown beside the results. A transcript that is missing, unfinished, or cannot be read does not become zero speaking time. Unknown speakers do not become silent participants. Review the transcript and speaker names in the relevant meeting and reopen Meeting activity to recalculate.
Use People and speakers to understand voice memory, and keep recordings you want included in your history in your vault.
